Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year break :) I bring thee all a much needed shipping update!
Your palaces are currently on ships to fulfillment centers in the US and UK, once they reach their destination around end of Feb, the palaces will be shipped out from within US to US backers, and shipped out from UK to backer in UK and EU. If anyone also ordered add-ons, some add-ons will shipped out separate from the workshop in Shanghai around mid to late Feb.
Unfortunately, due the low numbers, I was not able to find any fulfillment solutions. Thus your rewards will be shipped out directly from the workshop in Shanghai around mid to late Feb. I don't have an exact date due to the Virus outbreak which have extended the Chinese New Year holiday from ending on Feb 1st to Feb 10th. However, there are chances that this might be extended further if the Virus outbreak worsens. All we can do for now is just keep an eye on the news :(
